Job Description

Under the direction of the Room’s Division Dispatch Operations Manager, the Access Control Systems Administrator is responsible for providing technical support of Rooms Division databases programs. Major duties include maintaining electronic physical security databases, assisting in upgrades and installations as necessary, preparing reports and performing analysis and audits of electronic physical security database programs such as, but not limited to: Onity, Salto, Blackboard and/or Key Watcher. As a key operator, help train departmental staff on proper usage and operation standards, assist in trouble shooting minor technical issues with electronic physical security hardware and database. Act as a liaison with University and Housing IT departments, and manage related supplies. In this position, work hours may vary and are subject to change due to operational needs. The target salary range for this position is between the posted minimum and $23.00 hourly.
