Under the direction of the Restaurant Manager and Bar Manager, the Barback is responsible for ensuring a consistent flow of services to guests by assisting the bartender in maintaining the bar and lounge area and providing exceptional service to guests. The barback ensures that the bar is properly stocked and prepared for operations and inventory is maintained at established par levels. The incumbent wipes off counters and cleans equipment and dishes as needed throughout the shift, and assists with beverage preparation, sanitation and other duties. The incumbent meets the needs of the guests in a polite, courteous and professional demeanor.
Incumbent must be TIPS certified, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and able to work nights, weekends and some holidays.
