Job Description

Under the general direction of Housing Services’ Assistant Director, Financial Services, the Cashier Manager (Sr Administrative Analyst, Supervisor) is responsible for the planning, organizing and supervising of the Housing Cashiers Office staff, the office and security equipment, and all technical cashiering activities, which support the Business and Administrative Services divisions and Housing and Hospitality Services departments. Major duties include the training of management and staff in proper cash handling and PCI DSS procedures, reviewing procedures, and providing standardized training on the StarRez Housing System as it applies to Cashiering. Supervise the processing of all payments of various Business and Administrative Services’ Units and all of the Housing and Hospitality Services’ receivables, which are in excess of $250,000,000 annually.
