Chef de Cuisine, Plateia
Under the direction of the Executive Chef, Luskin Conference Center, the Chef de Cuisine is responsible for directing production, support and service of multiple food products from a specified menu to clients. Effective leadership and training to one or more Cooks, Assistant Cooks, Senior Food Service Workers and Food Service Workers in a high volume restaurant, Plateia, in the Luskin Conference Center. Assign, motivate, and monitor the work of others. Adheres to all food handling and sanitation guidelines. Follows established timelines for food production as required by overall production schedule. Ensure gracious customer service and food is provided. Maintain accurate paperwork, including temperature logs and production records. Assist Executive Chef with recipe and menu development.
