The Dishwashing Supervisor oversees the development, coordination, and implementation of sanitation efforts for UCLA Catering and food & beverage programs; ensuring that department’s standards are constantly met and maintained. Incumbent is responsible for conducting regular inspections of kitchens, storerooms, and docks for cleanliness, order and efficiency. Develops and implements departmental policies and procedures and ensures compliance through communication, training, reporting, and leading the Executive Food Safety and Sanitation Committee. Prioritize department needs and successfully manage resources to meet or exceed objectives. Manage dish room and dock area maintenance to ensure smooth and safe operation. Liaison and establish relationships with vendors, suppliers, OCHM, and campus department of Environmental Health and Safety.
