Employee Labor Relations Assistant

Job Description

UCLA Campus Human Resources has one student position available within the Employee & Labor Relations unit providing general administrative support to the Office Manager, Administrative Coordinators and staff remotely through at least June 30th during this Safer-at-home period. Primary duties include data entry, logging electronic correspondence, transcribing and routing voicemail messages and general support for the unit. Other projects assigned on a task by task basis. Additional office duties to be assigned upon return to the office. Office hours are Monday – Friday, 8 am to 5 pm and closed on University Holidays. Offer of employment is contingent upon satisfactory completion of fingerprinting and a background check prior to employment.
