Job Description

Under the direction of the Physical Plant Manager, perform semi-skilled maintenance tasks on a regular and continuous basis including plumbing, mechanical and electrical repairs not requiring a licensed technician. Diagnose and repair plumbing equipment including pipes, fittings, couplings, valves, pressure regulators, gas regulators, and solar panels. Perform miscellaneous repairs as necessary. Perform mechanical repairs including work on fans and motors, heat exchangers and other miscellaneous mechanical equipment. Diagnose and repair various electrical equipment including automatic controls, electrical fixtures, ballasts, switches, thermostats and other electrical equipment. Complete preventative maintenance and work order forms. Complete other duties as assigned.
