Job Description

Under the direction of the Physical Plant Manager, the Facilities Worker will be tasked with performing low-skilled and non-technical assignments associated with cleaning, maintaining, and repairing a wide variety of facilities equipment, systems, and components within Housing and Hospitality Services’ area of responsibility. Specifically, these duties will include, but may not be limited to cleaning, lubricating and minor maintenance of various heating and cooling components including grills, registers drain pans, coils fans and belts. Assist more senior departmental members with repairs as needed. Prepare all required forms, reports, and documentation associated with assigned tasks
