Front Desk Assistant
Job Description
Under the direction of the Lake Arrowhead Conference Center Front Desk Supervisor, manage the needs of approximately 325 guests (75 families) per week during the BRUIN WOODS summer season, and 2,000-4,000 occupancies each month during the conference season. Responsible for sending Bruin Woods reservation information for Bruin Woods summer program and all family holidays. Additional duties include: assigning rooms, entering reservations into the property management system, booking charges, entering client user fields for each family member, processing deposits, sending confirmation letters, honor bar forms and waivers. Responsible for collecting over $3,000,000 in fees for Bruin Woods via cash, checks, credit cards and cyber payments. Operate the telephone, oversee Main Lodge functions, and handle cash transactions. Must work independently and use discretion to integrate information to complete assignments and make decisions regarding the safety and well-being of guests.
