Job Description


Housing Dispatch is a centralized helpdesk that operates 24 hours a day at the Covel Front Desk. We are comprised of about 25 students whose primary responsibility is dispatch personnel where they’re needed (in emergency and non‐emergency situations), control vehicle access to fire lanes, operate as a general information helpdesk, and function as the central Lost & Found for The Hill. Staff should be comfortable working with the public, be effective communicators and mediators, possess a high level of integrity, maintain calm under pressure, and be able to work in the daytime and late at night.
