HR Business Partner (Lake Arrowhead Lodge)

Job Description

The HR Business Partner will be responsible for developing strategies, processes and tools that support the Lake Arrowhead Lodge’s (LAL) recruitment, professional and technical development, training, performance management, retention and HR administrative support in coordination with the Campus Human Resources (CHR) HR & Payroll Operations Center (HRPOC). The HR Business Partner will promote development of the leadership, professional, technical and behavioral competencies necessary to meet department organizational objectives. This will include development of a skills framework, talent assessment, coaching, career development and succession planning. HR oversight responsibilities include first level employee/labor relations, benefits, layoff, work/life consultation, salary and payroll oversight.

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of related HR experience
Required

Knowledge of current industry standards and best business practices regarding human resources planning and utilization, and organizational and staff development.

B.A. or a B.S. degree.
