HR Student Assistant

Job Description

The HR Student Assist provides support for the HRPC—N Office, primarily maintaining the intricate filing system, record keeping, and performing data entry. This position will also assist in maintaining the front counter-greeting and assisting clients, sorting paperwork, answering the phone, etc.

Job Qualifications

Excellent computer data entry skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work on various projects simultaneously. Must be reliable, detail oriented, and well-organized. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Continued employment contingent upon completion of a satisfactory background investigation.
