IT Technical Business Analyst/Technical Project Manager
Job Description
Under the direction of the Director of Housing & Hospitality Services (HHS), Information Technology (IT) Department, the incumbent is responsible for the delivery of enterprise Information Technology Business Solutions across the full life-cycle including gathering requirements, data analysis, query and report design, development of highly complex queries and comprehensive testing to ensure quality assurance for HHS enterprise systems. The HHS I.T. Business Analyst / Technical Project Manager will collaborate with technical and functional stakeholders to translate business requirements and analytical needs into technical business solutions while continuously seeking to apply modern technical and best-in-class solutions for improving the delivery of Business solutions for HHS’s business systems, including hospitality property management, point of sale, facilities/asset management, and records/document management. The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating, designing, implementing, and overseeing on-going systems training in addition to managing enhancements and upgrades for various internal departments and technical users. The HHS I.T. Business Analyst / Technical Project Manager is assigned various related tasks and projects which he/she leads and/or participates. Work will be monitored through scheduled meetings, client feedback on support and services, written annual evaluations, and progress reports.
