Job Description

Under the direct supervision of the Grounds Supervisor perform a wide range of skilled and semi-skilled duties designed to maintain and preserve the health and beauty of the On Campus Housing landscape and hard-scape. Performs routine care of cultivated and surfaced areas to include but not limited to mowing, edging, fertilizing, aerifying, renovating and installing lawns. Assist Grounds Supervisor with prioritizing and scheduling work assignments. Instructs and explains work procedures to co-workers and reports material and equipment needs to supervisor. Perform special enhancement to grounds areas in preparation for special events. Monitor subordinate staff performance by inspecting their work area
