Lead Reservations Agent
Under the supervision of the Assistant General Manager and/or Revenue Manager, the Lead Reservations Agent oversees the daily operations of the Luskin Conference Center (LCC) Reservations Agents staff. Incumbent utilizes knowledge of the property, inventory and sales management to ensure revenue is maximized and guests’ accommodation needs are met. The Lead Reservations Agent participates in forecasting and meeting revenue goals and creating rates packages for conferences and other VIP guests.
Incumbent provides analyses and forecasting of revenue trends, including -but not limited to- the proportion of revenue from new business vs. re peat business and overall conference revenue fluctuations. The Lead Reservations Agent assists the management team in designing annual strategic sales plans. In conjunction with the Assistant General Manager and Revenue Manager, performs yield management analyses. This position requires excellent customer service skills in order to meet the needs of all guests.
