Job Description

Under direction of the UA Physical Plant Manager, apply coats of latex paint, varnish, stain, enamel, and lacquer to decorate and protect interior and/or exterior surfaces, including building trim and fixtures. Repair and patch holes and cracks, and prepare surfaces for paint and/or other coatings. Select and mix paint, and select, assemble, and clean related equipment. Supervise seasonal contracted paint crews of up to twenty-four employees. Other duties as assigned.
