Job Description

Under direction of the UA North (UAN) and UA South (UAS) Area Facilities Manager, apply coats of latex paint, varnish, stain, enamel, and lacquer to decorate and protect interior and/or exterior surfaces, including building trim and fixtures. Repair and patch holes and cracks, and prepare surfaces for paint and/or other coatings. Select and mix paint, and select, assemble, and clean related equipment. Supervise seasonal contracted paint crews of up to twenty-four employees. Other duties as assigned.
