Job Description

Under the direction of the Assistant General Manager, LCC, the Revenue Manager will perform comprehensive analyses of (LCC) hotel and conference revenue and contribute to the design and implementation of strategies to increase the volume and profitability of reservation and conference business. Incumbent will perform financial analyses utilizing Delphi, Opera or other property management system, Crystal Reports Writer and other data tools, accurately forecast revenue and report on progress made toward established goals, identify and define revenue shortfalls and recommend strategies for their offset. The Revenue Manager will manage the yield of bed space inventory and assist conference staff with recruitment of group sales and coordination of a small number of groups/programs once on-site.
