Under the direction of the Stores Supervisor the incumbent shall perform material management duties for University Apartments Facilities. Duties include performing day-to-day operations to maintain the University Apartments Facilities Stores Inventory and Work Order system. Operations include purchasing, tracking issuance of parts/equipment, and work order database management to maintain two stockrooms utilizing Maximo. Facilitate the maintenance and repair of Tools, Equipment and Fleet Vehicles. Transport Electric Carts to campus for repairs and services. Monitor uniform services. Will-Call materials from local vendors. Duties include moving & unloading of large appliances and equipment. The candidate will also be responsible for performing periodic physical inventory of stockroom supplies/equipment. Other duties as assigned.
