Job Description

Under the direction of the Assistant Director of Housing and Hospitality Services (HHS) Information Technology, the incumbent will provide advanced technical expertise and support for rapidly growing and evolving information systems (both hardware and software) for HHS operations and administration. HHS consists of 10 different business units with a combined annual operating budget in excess of $180M and over 1300 career and casual employees. HHS business units include dining services, on and off campus housing (university apartments) operations, the UCLA Conference Center at Lake Arrowhead, the UCLA Guest House, conference and catering services, vending services, facilities maintenance, marketing services, housing services, and the community housing office. He/she will be responsible for all hardware and systems in the data centers, installations, routine maintenance, upgrades, and repairs as necessary to maintain 24/7 operations with 99+% uptime and reliability.

The target salary for this position is between the posted minimum and $7,083 monthly.
