Job Description

Ability to work closely and productively with a wide variety of people. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer skills on PC. Familiarity with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn other software platforms. Under the supervision of the Meeting Room Services Manager, provide support for Meeting Room Services operations by handling front desk duties i.e. (answering calls, creating event order packets, general administrative duties).
