Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel. Must be able to work with a team. Flexible with task assignments. Must be detail oriented and have good organization skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Student Assistant to the Luskin Conference Center Luskin Conference Center LCC Office-Covel Commons 10-19 hours 5/20/2016 Must possess the ability to work collaboratively with others to accomplish goals, have quality verbal communication (small and large group settings) and written communication (emails), able to interact with vendors, students and the public to provide information in a polite and efficient manner both in person and of the telephone, and be able to read, count, and write accurately to complete all documentation. Must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast spaced environment. Must have experience with Microsoft Office Excel. Work study accepted. Undergraduate and graduate students accepted. Assist with administrative functions of Luskin Conference Center office. Previous relevant work experience required. Assist with special projects, do research, keep accurate records, act as receptionists when needed, plan departmental activities, preparation of department materials. Good communication and organizational skills necessary. Must be able to work with a variety of people and meet deadlines.
