Student Mailroom Clerk

Job Description

  • Under the direction of the Mailroom Manager, Assistant Mailroom Manager, and student supervisors, assist in all of our operation duties.
  • General duties include answering phones, interact with residents, Vendors on a daily basis, Log and give out packages/Mail. Daily Audits, stack carts do deliveries to residents and departments.

Job Qualifications

Must be extremely comfortable working during early/late hours (shifts are variable). Experience in a customer service related field and possess excellent people skills. Demonstrated leadership qualities. Ability to read, write and perform arithmetic calculations. Skill in prioritizing assignments. Continued employment contingent upon satisfactory background investigation. Must be able to work over weekends, some holidays and late night/early shifts.

Schedule: Monday-Sunday 8:45am-9:00pm (Hill), Monday-Sunday 8:45am-7:00pm (UA)
