Assist management with the operation, maintenance, sanitation, and safety of restaurant. Ensure that meal service meets appropriate standards throughout the meal, and that dining room is cleaned properly at the end of every meal. Ensure that access to dining room is limited to authorized residents and their paid guests. Oversee staff and delegate tasks according to service needs. Respond to customer concerns in a professional manner. Assist with food inventory and special projects and other duties as assigned by Dining Service managers.
