Job Description

Under the direct supervision of the North Area Facilities Manager, perform various grounds keeping duties at Paseo/Commons, Landfair, Glenrock and Landfair Vista within University Apartments. Perform upkeep and maintenance of grounds including trash removal, mowing, planting, pruning; install and maintain sprinkler system. Clean and maintain surrounding hard-scape areas. Collect and dispose trash, polish brass, chrome and other metal fixtures in courtyards. Operate gas powered mowers, trimmers and garden tools. Provide customer service to residents’ inquiries. Complete other duties, as assigned.
