Are you tech-savvy, curious, persistent, passionate about helping people, and have excellent organizational skills? The UCLA Talent Acquisition Team is seeking individuals who are creative, enjoy design work, and have the desire to make an impact and drive talent to UCLA. This is an exciting opportunity to learn from the best on how to create and market social media products. We want to teach you about talent acquisition and recruiting, and how to use your research skills where you will have an immediate impact on building and maintaining our talent pool.
We seek individuals with an intellectual curiosity to engage in a variety of social media platforms, technology, and digital networking; adept with Adobe Photoshop (or photo editor), Adobe Suite a plus, and the willingness to develop new skillsets. Applicants should possess excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work as part of a team and work towards a common goal.
Fully remote work will be considered and is subject to change based on operational need. Remote work requires applicants to have a computer, internet connection, and complete a FlexWork Agreement with the department. Work hours to be scheduled Monday – Friday and off on University Holidays and during Winter Closure. Offer of employment is contingent upon satisfactory completion of reference check, LiveScan fingerprinting and a background check.
