Job Description

Under the direction of the Director of Housing Project Management (HPM), incumbent provides administrative and financial reporting support for HPM. Deliver to and pick up documents from various campus locations. Manage the ordering and refilling of supplies for the HPM office. Responsible for helping develop and implement HPM budget, including budgeting for equipment, supplies and other operating expenses, reconciling monthly ledgers, and preparing monthly variance reports. Coordinate travel arrangements, events/meetings and multiple projects with different deadlines. Manage the servicing, fueling and other requirements of the department vehicles. Perform other duties as assigned.
