MEYER & RENEE LUSKIN CONFERENCE CENTER
The UCLA Meyer and Renee Conference Center fulfills UCLA’s long-held aspiration for a central meeting place on the campus for academic events – a place where scholarly collaboration, civic engagement and inspiration happen daily. The Luskin Conference Center features 254 guest rooms, more than 25,000 square feet of event space, and cutting edge audio visual capabilities. Some of the many guest services and amenities include a full-service Mediterranean-inspired restaurant and lounge, on-site catering, a 24-hour fitness center and free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

The Inn at UCLA
The Inn at UCLA (formerly the UCLA Guest House) offers convenient, on-campus accommodations for visiting scholars, guest speakers, parents of UCLA students and other campus visitors. This charming 61-room boutique hotel features elegant California-style furnishings and premium amenities, including a daily self-serve breakfast in the lobby, complimentary Wi-Fi and a fully equipped business center. The dedicated team takes pride in delivering warm, attentive service, with a 24-hour front desk to ensure every guest’s needs are met.

LAKE ARROWHEAD LODGE
The UCLA Lake Arrowhead Lodge, nestled on 52 wooded acres along the north shore of picturesque Lake Arrowhead in the San Bernardino National Forest, offers an inspiring mountain retreat with old-world charm. Featuring chalet-style accommodations and well-equipped meeting facilities, the Lodge provides a unique setting for leisure travelers, beautiful weddings and unparalleled team-building and learning experiences for corporate retreats from Labor Day to mid-June. Faculty Club
Since its founding in 1959, the UCLA Faculty Club has fostered a sense of community among UCLA faculty, staff, and administration, providing a welcoming space for intellectual exchange, collaboration and social gatherings. With a distinctive modern ranch-style feel, the Faculty Club features meeting rooms, outdoor patios, a small boardroom and a lounge with a built-in bar that is perfect for private events. The Faculty Club is dedicated to furthering UCLA’s educational and research objectives and offers members a place to meet, dine, engage in discussions, host conferences and celebrate special occasions in a collegial environment.

CONFERENCE SERVICES
Conference Services supports a wide array of UCLA groups and external organizations requiring meeting space and overnight accommodations during the summer months for conferences and special events. Many of these dynamic summer residential programs support students participating in UCLA-related initiatives, including Orientation, UCLA Summer Sessions and various UCLA Extension programs. UCLA proudly offers its world-class conference facilities—including housing, dining and recreation—for some of the most prestigious global events. Among these is the highly anticipated 2028 Summer Olympic and Paralympic Games, where UCLA will serve as the official Athletes’ Village, hosting, feeding and providing training facilities for the world’s top athletes.

UCLA CATERING
UCLA Catering is a full-service, on-campus catering operation with a dedicated event planning, service and production team committed to ensuring every detail of a client’s event is flawless. Serving primarily campus groups and off-campus organizations hosting events at UCLA, UCLA Catering is the exclusive caterer for events held in Housing & Hospitality meeting facilities, including the Meyer and Renee Luskin Conference Center, UCLA Faculty Club, Carnesale Commons, Covel Commons and De Neve Plaza. From the annual UCLA staff picnic, where thousands of boxed lunches are served, to drop-off meals for medical training sessions, receptions for international business forums or black-tie campus fundraisers at UCLA’s most iconic venues, UCLA Catering delivers seamless, top-tier service that consistently exceeds expectations.

VENDING SERVICES
UCLA Vending Services provides the campus community with convenient, high-quality food and beverage options at more than 300 locations across campus. In alignment with UCLA’s Healthy Campus Initiative and its “EatWell” efforts, UCLA Vending continues to expand its selection of healthy choices, with more than 250 machines offering nutritious snack and drink options. Additionally, the department manages UCLA Coffee Service, supplying coffee equipment and products directly to campus departments, ensuring a seamless and reliable coffee experience for UCLA’s faculty, staff and students.
